RV Mobile Power (RVMP) unveiled a new product to enhance dealer security. The supplier’s Flex Security Alpha mobile security trailer provides 24-hour, 7 days-a-week surveillance in RV lots.

The supplier began building the trailer at the end of 2023. RVMP plans to increase production from a few a week to over five each day.

The utility trailer has a 4-foot width and a 16-foot length. The Alpha weighs 2,000 pounds. Three cameras mounted at the top of a 27-foot mast can pan, tilt and focus in on objects within a 500-foot range. The Alpha’s Cloudstructure artificial intelligence surveillance system will detect and react to faces and license plates. According to RVMP, the system has a 93% recognition accuracy with people, vehicles and objects.

When the Cloudstructure software detects motion, eight LED floodlights illuminate up to 1,300 feet while a horn emits an audible alert. The system also has infrared night vision.

The Alpha operates with four 220-watt RVMP solar panels and two 200 amp-per-hour Flex Power Force batteries. The Flex Power 4,000i generator is built into the system.

The Alpha security systems were built in RVMP’s manufacturing plant in Elkhart, Indiana.
