VRZ Consulting President and longtime RVDA presenter Valerie Ziebron will present a trio of workshops at the RVDA Convention Expo Nov. 11-15 at Paris Las Vegas.
VRZ Consulting has supported OEMs and dealerships for more than three decades. The company’s mission is to increase dealership profitability and customer loyalty while reducing job stress.
Ziebron will present all three sessions Nov. 14. Her first session, titled “Upper Management’s Role in Service Success,” will begin at 11 a.m. The session is part of the fixed-operations and dealer/general management tracks.
In the session, attendees will:
- Learn key differences between sales and service workers, in addition to adjusting leadership styles to better communicate and motivate both employee groups.
- Discover upper management opportunities to strengthen shop efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Explore significant shop metrics, why they matter and action steps to achieve top results consistently.
Ziebron’s second session will commence at 12:15 p.m. The session, titled “Tune Up Your Shop for Maximum Performance,” is part of the fixed-operations track.
Attendees will learn:
- Action steps to run a shop smoothly while optimizing efficiency.
- No-cost tools to improve the bottom line for every department.
- How to optimize a shop without adding more staff.
At 1:30 p.m., Ziebron will lead “Recalibrate Your Selling Mindset,” as part of the business innovation track. The workshop will support dealers in shifting out of a survival mode mindset and positioning themselves for success in 2025.
Learning objectives include:
- Understanding relationships between thoughts and results.
- Practicing ways to develop and maintain positive thoughts, even through difficult situations.
- Assessing sales mindset.
