Go RVing’s latest trends report detailed the short-form videos’ prevalence.

Short-form videos range between 31 and 60 seconds. The videos populate platforms such as Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Each week, the average individual watches more than an hour of videos on social media platforms such as Facebook and YouTube.

According to HubSpot, short-form videos had the highest return on investment from any 2024 social media marketing strategy.

A report from Neal Schaffer found that 85% of marketers credited video as an effective way to get attention online. The report said consumers retained 95% of information contained in videos.

According to Go RVing, short video clips can spread brand messaging, increase brand visibility and generate conversions. Short-form videos include user-generated content, product teasers, social media video ads and brand challenges.
