The Mike Molino RV Learning Center is accepting applications for the 2025-2026 Duane Spader Leadership Development scholarship. The application deadline is Sept. 3.
The scholarship honors Duane Spader, former RVDA chairman and supporter of industry learning.
Mike Molino RV Learning Center and NCM Associates partner to cover one current or future leader’s tuition for NCM’s Leadership Development Program. The scholarship is valued at $13,850 and covers the 12- to 18-month program.
The recipient will be responsible for travel expenses. Applicants must be an RVDA U.S. dealer member employee.
The program includes six three-day sessions. In between sessions, participants will apply what they learn at their dealership and track results through assignments and one-on-one sessions with their NCM coach.
Participant learning objectives include:
- Leading their organization’s culture and strategy
- Improving leadership and management effectiveness
- Coaching their team to higher performance
- Effectively understanding and managing each area of NCM’s North Star Model
- Hiring the best candidates for each position
- Delivering world-class customer service
- Assessing and improving their dealership’s organizational and financial health
The scholarship recipient will be revealed shortly after the September deadline.
