Wilson Electronics’ weBoost brand unveiled a device that extends consumers’ cellular networks. The supplier’s Drive Reach RV II enables RVers to maintain connectivity in remote locations.

Wilson Electronics CEO Bruce Lancaster said, “With Drive Reach RV II’s enhanced signal reach and versatile installation options, users can enjoy stronger signals, reduced dropped calls and better overall connectivity no matter where their travels take them.”

The product can serve multiple devices and works with all North American carriers. The device extends the signal up to three times the distance from the nearest cellular tower.

The mounting bracket adjusts 180 degrees in both directions. The device can be installed with fixed, pole or T-slot mounting options. The flexible installation enables the Drive Reach RV II to be installed in various RV types.

The product includes an outside antenna and a mini-panel inside antenna. Consumers may choose between alternating current/direct current wall power or hardwire connection options. The antenna is protected from dust and water with an Ingress Protection (IP)66 rating.

The Drive Reach II includes a 13-inch mast extender, a 25-foot cable, a cable entry cover and heat shrink tubs, a side-exit adapter and a spring and thread lock pack.

The device meets Federal Communications Commission guidelines and includes a two-year manufacturer’s warranty.

weBoost General Manager Jonathan Field said, “Whether you are a weekend warrior, a full-time remote worker or an outdoor adventurer, the Drive Reach RV II enhances your travel experience by reducing dropped calls by 90%, improving data speeds and extending battery life by 20%.”
