RVDA of Canada is catering to RV employees with its updated RV Careers website. The platform provides resources for new and experienced industry members.
RV Careers Director of Marketing and Communication Anita Lien said, “We are thrilled to launch the redesigned RV Careers website, which brings together all the essential information you need to start your journey in the RV industry.”
The website no longer features a job board. To reach a wider audience, the platform presents three pathways for job seekers:
- Starting Your RV Career
- Skilled Trades in the RV Sector
- RV Business and Administration
The first section provides fundamental information on RV dealerships. The section includes information on RV types and youth programs. The pathway also provides explanations of fixed operations (parts and service), operations (accounting and administration) and sales (F&I and marketing) departments.
The Skilled Trades section provides RV technical career guidance. The pathway includes parts and service job opportunities and training information.
The RV Business and Administration section supports job seekers in discovering business and administration roles in the industry. Sales personnel licensing requirements are presented and broken down. Blog posts explain various roles.
Industry members can also subscribe to RV Careers’ monthly newsletter. The newsletter provides RV dealership opportunities, industry trends, campground developments, manufacturing advancements and aftermarket sales updates.
