For three decades, RVDA has gathered U.S. and Canadian dealer feedback on RV manufacturers and brands each year. The association collects information through its annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey.
Dealers have a week to complete the survey before it closes Sept. 11.
Participants will express satisfaction levels for parts support, reliability/quality, sales support and warranty support.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “It is more important than ever for dealers to provide feedback to manufacturers through the DSI survey as the industry works to improve the overall customer experience with RV travel.”
The survey is a tool RVDA uses to improve dealer-manufacturer relationships.
