The Wellness Council of Indiana awarded Lippert with a five-star AchieveWell designation. The designation recognizes organizations that achieve measurable improvements in employee health and well-being, cultivate a supportive environment and exhibit exceptional leadership.
The Wellness Council of Indiana recognized Lippert’s effort to achieve these standards through numerous wellness programs, including health screenings, fitness challenges, mental health resources and wellness coaching.
Lippert Director of Health and Well-Being Ellen Lowe said, “This recognition affirms that our initiative is making an impact on the lives of our team members and their families, in the communities where we live, work and play, and on the customers we serve.”
The supplier provides employees with access to wellness benefits, resources and tools. The company said the wellness efforts enhance employees’ ability to contribute and lead.
The company received a four-star designation from The Wellness Council in 2023 and a three-star designation in 2022.

Lippert will be honored at the 2024 Indiana Wellness Summit at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis from Sept. 12-13.
