RVDA is offering fixed-operation employees a special price for a series of service management and warranty administration-focused workshops during the RVDA Convention/Expo at Paris Las Vegas.
Fixed Operations Day will take place Nov. 14. Attendees can register for the day for $389.
In addition to Nov. 14 workshops, registration includes admittance to an evening reception Nov. 13. Participants will also receive admission to RVDA Fixed Operations Consultant Tony Yerman’s “Elevate Your Fixed Operations Through Online Training and Certification,” session Nov. 15.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said improving repair event cycle time (RECT) is among the association’s goals.
He said, “Offering this special registration convention category expressly for front-line fixed-operations professionals is one of the ways the association can encourage best practices that will improve RECT and overall customer satisfaction with their service experience.”
RV Learning Center-certified fixed-operations attendees can use workshops for continuing education credits (CEU) to recertify.
