RVIA members elected three industry leaders to serve on the 2025 RVIA Board of Directors. f the Americas Mary Pouliot filling the supplier seat. Alliance RV co-founder and CEO Coley Brady and Bowlus founder and CEO Geneva Long will hold RV manufacturer seats.
Pouliot joined Thetford in 2006 and served in several roles, including vice president of sales and marketing, director of customer service and director of OEM sales.
She is the vice chairman of the RVIA Board of Directors Executive Committee, chairman of the RV Technical Institute Board of Directors, chairman of the Supplier Committee and a member of the Audit and Awards Committees. She previously served on the RV Women’s Alliance Board of Directors and as president of the Michigan RV and Campgrounds Board.
Before co-founding Alliance RV in 2019, Brady was Heartland RV’s vice president of sales. He has served on the RVIA Board of Directors since 2022 and as chairman of the RV Political Action Committee and the RV Model Year Taskforce since 2023. He has served as a member of RVIA’s Governance Committee since 2023.
Geneva long launched Bowlus in 2012. She serves on the RVIA Public Relations Committee.
The elected directors will begin three-year terms on Jan. 1.
RVIA members had the opportunity to vote on eight candidates beginning Sept. 3. Voting closed Monday.
