TheCRM CEO Richard Latman will host an RVDA Convention/Expo session about leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

“Demystifying AI,” will be held at 3:15 p.m. Nov. 13 as part of the business innovation education track.

Latman will uncover five AI myths and share how dealers can successfully use AI tools. Dealers will learn how AI tools can boost sales, enhance consumer experiences and streamline operations.

Latman hosted presentations to boards at OpenAI and Anthropic, discussing AI privacy, compliance and regulations.

Learning objectives from the RVDA Convention/Expo session include:

  • Clarifying common misconceptions about AI and empowering dealers to make informed decisions about integrating AI into dealership operations.
  • Discovering AI solutions tailored to RV dealerships and unlocking sales, customer service and operational strategies.
  • Gaining an actionable plan for evaluating, selecting and implementing AI tools at dealerships.
