RVIA’s annual Leadership Conference is slated for March 4-6 at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix.
Registration for the conference is open now. Registration is $795 and includes all sessions, speakers, meals and networking events. Spouses can be added on for a registration fee of $295, which includes all meals and networking events.

The Leadership Conference brings together top-level management and next-generation leaders across all RV industry segments. RVIA said the event is designed to nurture industry talent.
Attendees will get an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of critical industry issues and connect with the RV industry’s next generation of leaders.
The conference room rate is $369 per night. The room block cut-off is Feb. 7, 2025.
The conference opens with a welcome reception from 6-8 p.m. March 4.
Action begins at 7 a.m. March 5 with an outdoor group activity, which lasts until 10 a.m. An industry leadership panel runs from 11:05 a.m. until lunch, which begins at noon.
A post-lunch keynote address begins at 1 p.m. Afternoon sessions lead up to the dinner reception from 6-8 p.m.
The schedule for March 6 again begins with an outdoor activity from 7 to 10 a.m. A morning leadership session precedes lunch, with a keynote speaker slated after lunch.
At 1:30 p.m., the Emerging Leaders Coalition hosts a graduation/induction ceremony. Following afternoon sessions, the event wraps up with a dinner reception from 6-8 p.m.
