Hurricane Helene’s twisting waters wreaked havoc upon thousands of lives along the East Coast when the storm entered Florida’s Gulf Coast last week. Multiple states in the Southeast have felt the devastation of the disaster.

An RV supplier stepped in to offer support this week to North Carolina victims.

RV Mobile Power (RVMP) took action today as the RV power, water, solar and security supplier donated various items. Donations include 15 FlexPower 2200i portable generators, 20 gallons of oil, 100 gallons of gasoline, 100 Tyvek suits, 15 blankets and a pallet of water.

The Ohio-based supplier rented a delivery truck to deliver the items. The vehicle left for North Carolina this morning.

RVMP CEO Jimmy Conroy said, “Our most important corporate mission is to follow the ‘Golden Rule.’ We are proud to be an American company, and we are humbled by the grit and determination shown by the people of North Carolina as they work to rebuild their lives. Their resilience is a testament to why America is the greatest country on earth.”

The storm has taken more than 200 lives. As of Thursday, 784,000 homes and businesses remain without power.

The company said employees’ thoughts and prayers are with all affected by the tragic event.
