RVDA Honors Top RV Brands with Quality Circle Awards

RVDA will present Quality Circle Awards to 19 RV manufacturers/brands who attained the best ratings of the 30th annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) Survey. Winners will be honored during the RVDA Convention/Expo on Sept. 11-15 at Paris Las Vegas.

For the association’s study, conducted from June-September, the winning brands/manufacturers earned scores of 4.25 or higher (on a 5-point scale) in overall dealer satisfaction and received a minimum of 15 dealer responses.

RVDA Chairman of the Board Ryan Horsey said, “The DSI results recognize top-rated manufacturers in several important areas of dealer and customer support, which is more important than ever as the industry works to reduce repair event cycle time.”

The towable RV manufacturers/brands receiving awards are (in alphabetical order by manufacturer):

  • Alliance RV (Avenue, Paradigm, Valor, Delta)
  • Brinkley RV (Model G & Z)
  • Coachmen (Apex, Spirit)
  • Cruiser RV (Avenir, Shadow Cruiser, MPG, Stryker, Essence, Embrace)
  • East to West (Travel Trailers & Fifth Wheels)
  • Forest River (Flagstaff, Rockwood, Palomino, Columbus, Puma, Wildcat, Cardinal)
  • Grand Design RV (Imagine, Momentum, Reflection, Solitude, Transcend)
  • Intech RV (Flyer, Luna, Sol, Terra)
  • Jayco
  • Keystone RV (Cougar, Hideout, Hideout Retreat, Montana, High Country, Springdale, Residence)
  • KZ RV (Connect, Connect SE, Connect Mini, Durango, Durango Gold, Venom, Sportsmen, Sportsmen Sportster, Sportsmen Classic)
  • Shasta (Travel Trailers)
  • Venture RV (SportTrek, SportTrek Touring, Stratus)

RVDA asked dealers to base their survey criteria on the following quartet of topics: quality/reliability, parts, sales and warranty.

The association compiled responses from 585 North American dealerships.
