Rev Group elected David C. Dauch as an independent member of its Board of Directors, effective Friday.
Dauch is chairman of the board and CEO of American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AAM), an automotive supplier based in Detroit, Michigan. He has been with the company for three decades.
Rev Board Chairman Jean Marie (John) Canan said, “David brings nearly four decades of automotive industry expertise to Rev Group’s Board of Directors. We believe his significant experience and insights will further Rev Group’s strategic and operational imperatives.”
Dauch, who oversees daily AAM operations in dozens of facilities in 18 countries, assists with developing and implementing the business’ operating and strategic goals. He has been on AAM’s Board of Directors since 2009, in addition to serving on boards for Amerisure Mutual Holdings, Inc., the Amerisure Companies and the National Association of Manufacturers.
