Forest River’s Cardinal and Wildcat brands were among those earning RVDA Quality Circle Awards. Winners were based on RV dealers’ feedback for the 30th annual Dealer Satisfaction Index Survey.
Cardinal fifth wheels and Wildcat travel trailers and fifth wheels were recognized.
General Manager John Quake said he views RV dealers as Forest River family members.
“Receiving this award confirms the strong relationships we have built,” he said, “and our shared commitment to customer satisfaction.”
For the survey, RVDA appraised feedback from 585 dealerships in the U.S. and Canada. The honorees were based on dealers’ reports about manufacturers’ reliability/quality, warranties, parts and sales.
