Lightspeed, an RV dealership software provider, announced the recipients of its annual Dealership (Repair Event Cycle Time) Excellence Awards. The winners were recognized Tuesday during the RVDA Convention/Expo’s Spotlight on Excellence luncheon at Paris Las Vegas.
The awards spotlight the efforts and achievements of five dealers in reducing RECT time and enhancing consumer service. The dealerships, spanning across the U.S., represent a range of sizes and specialties.
The Lightspeed RECT Excellence honorees include:
- Vacationland in Illinois
- Tulsa RV in Oklahoma
- Bish’s RV Omaha in Nebraska
- RV Supercenter, Menifee in California
- Outlet Recreation, Clearwater in Minnesota
According to Lightspeed, recipients were chosen based on significant year-over-year improvements in reducing RECT time.
The provider introduced a new award titled the RV Innovator of the Year Award. Forest River won the inaugural award which recognizes OEMs who advance innovation through forward-thinking contributions to the industry.

Forest River was selected for its integrations with VIN decoding, model bulletins/recalls and parts price files.
