Lippert has promoted Kara Bauman to director of Corporate and Community Impact, where she will continue to build and bolster the company’s commitment to improving communities.

Bauman joined Lippert in December 2021 as Corporate and Community Impact manager, wherein she became a leader in shaping the supplier’s philanthropic initiatives.

Amber Selking, Lippert’s chief culture and leadership development officer, said she was excited about Bauman’s new role and responsibilities.

“Her professional experiences have uniquely prepared her to steward Corporate and Community Impact,” Selking said, “not just on a large scale, but also in the hearts of each and every team member.”

In her new position, according to Lippert, Bauman will continue to lead the Corporate and Community Impact team, overseeing key initiatives such as the 100K Volunteer Hour Initiative, Lippert Cares Foundation and the company’s Community Impact Grant Program. She will also play a role in fortifying relationships with nonprofit partners.

Bauman said, “There is a great deal of responsibility that comes with caring about people. This role requires a thorough understanding that how we treat one another is a determining factor in organizational success.”
