Heartland RV promoted Kyle Miller to National Sales Director for Heartland RV, Cruiser RV, and DRV Luxury Suites. According to the company, Miller has served all three brands with a commitment to building relationships with dealers and delivering customer experiences for almost two decades.
Heartland, Cruiser and DRV President Kyle Kwasny said, “We prioritize listening to feedback from our dealers and customers to continuously improve our products. Kyle has consistently embraced this approach, using it to drive his passion for excellence. We are excited to see him step into the role of national sales director, and we are confident that our sales team is in great hands under his leadership.”
Miller joined DRV in 2006 as a trainee, in which he worked in sales and dealer relations. In 2008, he became regional sales representative and by 2012, he advanced to general sales manager. Four years later, he climbed to director of sales across both Cruiser and DRV.
The company said in his new role, Miller plans to prioritize transparency, consistency and dealer satisfaction across all business elements to help brands continue to grow and evolve.
Miller said, “My goal is to provide our dealers with positive experiences, help support our sales staff and maintain the momentum we have gained at this year’s Open House. We have a strong sales team in place, and I look forward to supporting their vision as we approach 2025 and the show season. I am excited to connect with our network of dealers, ensure the best service possible and support our internal teams as we continue to debut exciting new RVs across our family of companies.”
