RVDA collaborated with endorsed providers RV Trader and Statistical Surveys, Inc. (SSI) to deliver a video of insights to RVDA members.
The 11-minute video, titled “Unlocking the Power of Pre-Purchase and Post-Purchase Data,” provides insights to empower dealers to better leverage consumer data.
The video is available on the RV Learning Center’s YouTube channel.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “Data is a critical component of decision-making in today’s competitive RV market. By understanding this data, RV dealers can build better customer relationships and increase their bottom line.”
The session specifies pre- and post-purchase data dealers can collect during buyers’ RV purchase journeys. The video highlights strategies to increase conversion rates, improve inventory management and create stronger, long-term consumer relationships.
