Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp. (FCCC) will display its new Dash+ driver controls at the Florida RV SuperShow in Tampa this week.

The Dash+ is part of Freightliner’s S2RV Super C chassis.

The new dash introduces Freightliner’s DriveTech steering wheel and column-mounted controls to its Super C chassis. New Dash+ features include controls for phone and audio via the DriveTech steering wheel, in-dash tire pressure monitoring system and real-time transmission and vehicle code display.

Jeremy Buckmeier, RV Product Manager for FCCC, said, “With Dash+ on the S2RV, we are taking safety, convenience and the overall customer experience to the next level. The S2RV continues to grow in popularity in the Super C space, and the introduction of Dash+ and its impressive offering of features will only increase its demand among RVers wanting the best for their coach.”

Other Dash+ features include an in-dash slot to secure mobile phones for hands-free viewing, an audible alert if the door is opened without the parking brake set, dash brightness adjustment and a built-in alarm clock.

The S2RV chassis includes safety features and a three-year, 50,000-mile warranty.
