The National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) has promoted Shenika Lyons to director of membership for the National RV Inspectors Association (NRVIA) and the RV Technician Association of America (RVTAA).
Lyons joined NRVTA in February 2022 as a student concierge. She subsequently was a sales and support coordinator for the RV Tech Course Home-Study Program. NRVTA said Lyons played a vital part in the company’s daily operations.
In her new role, Lyons will support NRVTA graduates, working closely with members to ensure they feel supported.
“During my years working here, I have built a work family,” Lyons said. “We work together to make sure that each student feels the same enjoyment for this school and this industry that the staff feels.”
NRVTA said Lyons’ promotion is a significant step as the associations expand their impact on the RV industry.
