Sean Fernandez-Ledon has been promoted as Octane’s first chief legal officer. Since joining the company in 2017, Fernandez-Ledon built Octane’s Legal and Compliance department from the ground up as the company’s chief compliance officer.
Fernandez-Ledon has played a part in establishing Octane’s asset-backed securitization (ABS) program, corporate governance practice and equity funding raises. He has also overseen Octane’s compliance efforts, enabling the company to expand into the RV, marine and trailer markets.
Octane co-founder and CEO Jason Guss said, “Sean’s wealth of experience and insight has been integral to Octane’s growth. I am grateful to Sean for his counsel, support and guidance over the past eight years, and count on his leadership to help us achieve many more milestones together in the years to come.”
Fernandez-Ledon said he looked forward to driving continued success for Octane with the support of his exceptional legal team.
