RVDA of Canada launched its 2025 RV Industry Compensation Survey on Feb. 10. The annual survey gathers detailed compensation benchmarks from RVDA of Canada members across all dealership departments.
The data collected enables dealerships to create competitive salary and compensation packages, reducing employee turnover. Respondents can submit compensation, benefits and demographic data for individual staff members or groups in full-time, part-time or seasonal roles. Each position is analyzed by hourly, weekly and annual pay, along with gender, experience, employment status, dealership size and region.
Only dealerships that complete the survey will receive the full benchmarking report. The full report includes base pay, bonus compensation, total compensation and bonus percentages. Regional benchmarks and percentile comparisons are provided when available.
The Portage Group, an Ottawa-based business consulting company, administers the survey and compiles data from 34 job categories. The categories cover all dealership roles from entry-level to management.
The survey is open to all RVDA of Canada members, including dealers, service centers and rental dealers. The survey deadline is March 28th, and the link to take the survey is unique to each dealership.
