RVIA opened applications for the class of 2026 Emerging Leaders Coalition.
The Emerging Leaders Coalition elevates emerging industry leader perspectives to strengthen industry collaboration.
The coalition works towards its goals by engaging with RVIA and other associations. The coalition promotes industry initiatives through media engagement. The coalition also identifies and educates current leadership on key trends in innovation and emerging demographic areas.
Emerging Leaders Coalition members access unique opportunities and experiences. Members can step into leadership roles and sharpen their skills. Members can connect with industry leaders and peers through exclusive meetings and events. Members receive guidance from experienced professionals.
To be considered for the Emerging Leaders Coalition, applicants must be employed by a supplier, OEM, campground, dealer or a company that services one or more RV industry segments. Applicants must also meet the requirements of the coalition, as outlined on the application.
Applications must be completed by the applicant and their supervisor then sent to rvelc@rvia.org. The application period closes June 30, and the upcoming class will be announced in the fall.
Individuals who are selected to be a part of the next Coalition Class will serve for two years, beginning in 2026.
