The students from RVIA’s Emerging Leaders Coalition 2025 class have graduated.
The 2025 class was inducted between 2021 and 2022. RVIA said leaders’ contributions helped shape the direction of the coalition during its early years.
The Emerging Leaders Coalition strengthens industry unity, identifiess and develops emerging leaders, promotes involvement and participation within the association and ensures the development of great stewards throughout the industry.
The 2025 graduating class includes:
- Ashley Bontrager Lehman, founder, owner and CEO, Ember RV
- Michilah Grimes, social impact strategist, corporate partnerships, Lippert
- Nathan Wagler, consultant, Simple Innovation, LLC
- Michael Gaeddert, general manager, Coachmen RV
- Jaqueline Gloria, vice president, operations, OHI
- Steven Hileman, vice-president, sales and marketing, Roadpass Digital
- Trey Miller, vice president, marketing, Jayco RV
- Cody Schade, general manager, Keystone RV
- Matt Veurink, general manager, Veurinks’ RV Center
