Alliance RV has hired industry veterans Ben Randall and Scott Wilson to lead production and quality initiatives. Company officials say Alliance RV’s goal is to build product to a higher standard.
Randall is a third-generation plant manager with 18 years’ experience in the RV and manufactured housing industries. For the past decade, he worked at Keystone RV as plant manager for Fuzion toy haulers. In that role, Randall started up new plants and helped turn around underperforming plants. In his new role, Randall is developing a seasoned production crew and establishing standards for building Alliance RV fifth wheels.
Wilson brings more than 23 years’ experience in RV manufacturing and quality initiatives. His previous work includes leading the production and quality initiatives for Rockwood/Flagstaff and most recently for Grand Design Reflection. In his new role, Wilson will be implementing quality initiatives both on the production line and for the company’s unique ‘Camp Ready’ performance audit process.
“Many RV manufacturers are marketing a PDI process that inspects quality after a unit comes offline,” Alliance Co-founder Coley Brady says. “Both Ben and Scott are quality-focused leaders that believe higher quality is best achieved by setting higher standards on the line. They are developing a phenomenal production team that cares about what they are building and share the Alliance family values.”
Alliance Co-founder Ryan Brady says, “Our people are the foundation for what our company becomes. With the addition of these two industry all-stars we are confident that our product will be built to a higher standard.”
