Real estate investment firm Forrest Street Partners acquired two RV parks in Alabama after its purchase of Johnny’s RV Resort.

With RV travel experiencing a spike in popularity, Forrest Street stated the transaction provides an opportunity to serve full-time RVers who live or work out of their units. The real estate firm plans to invest in the park by adding 15 additional RV sites.

“We want to build on the great job done by the prior owner and continue to improve the park to deliver a great experience to our customers,” Forrest Street partner Todd Baldree said.

The Theodore, Alabama, park will include a new bathhouse, entrance and exit gates, updated Wi-Fi and security systems and, in the future, a new name and brand.

Forrest Street stated Johnny’s RV Resort caters mainly to temporary and long-term campers who work locally.
