Radio communication technology supplier Midland Radio launched its new MicroMobile two-way radios with USB-C connectivity.
The company stated its new MXT115 and MXT275 offerings will enable consumers to charge their devices faster, while continuing to have power, compatibility and extended range needed to make outdoor communication reliable.
The two new products have 18 watts output charging power, able to rapidly charge devices such a laptops and tablets.

This upgrade is a result of our team’s dedication to customer experience. We have listened to our customers’ needs and have now delivered on them by providing versatile, fast-charging capabilities and more accessibility to GMRS repeaters for a stronger connection.”
The two-way radios include upgraded connectivity options and an ability to utilize split privacy tones on repeater channels. The MXT115 and MXT275 can access the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA) Weather Radio to get weather updates from the National Weather Service. They are compatible with Midland FRS/GMRS handheld walkie talkies.
