New Service Helps Dealers Make Remote Sales

Rollick is rolling out a new program for dealers whose business has suffered during the COVID-19 outbreak. The Rollick Cares Dealer Support Program includes two pieces designed to help dealers and their consumers.

The first piece is the Concierge Call Service for all inbound Rollick leads for SalesDriver dealers. Concierge representatives will call every lead sourced through SalesDriver and assist in setting up an appointment with the dealer’s team. A representative will call each lead up to three times.

If the concierge team gets ahold of a customer, they will ask about their product of interest, answer questions and schedule an appointment for the customer to speak with a dealer over the phone or via video chat.

Rollick sees the service as a way for dealers that have been forced to reduce staff to keep lines of communication open for consumers.

The service also provides a resource for continuing conversations online, allowing consumers to talk to knowledgeable representatives and dealers via phone or video chat.

The second piece of the Rollick Cares Dealer Support Program is the Bonus Savings Program. The Rollick-funded package of additional benefits is for GoRollick program users who purchase a powersports vehicle, RV or boat at a Rollick Certified Dealer and report their purchase.

Consumers who buy at Rollick Premium Certified Dealers receive a $150 gift card, $1,000 in insurance deductible reimbursement benefit (IDR) and 10 percent off parts, service and accessories (average value of $150).

Customers who buy at Rollick Standard Certified Dealers receive a $100 gift card and 10 percent off parts, service and accessories.

The Bonus Savings Program is designed to give consumers an additional incentive and help them feel more confident about purchasing an RV during this unprecedented situation.
