A handful of RV industry leaders are slated to speak about a return to outdoor recreation during the virtual Back to Camping Summit, May 11-12.

The Back to Camping Summit, presented by CampgroundViews.com in association with RoverPass, is a virtual trade show focused on helping companies in the outdoor industry get back to business after the coronavirus pandemic.

The online summit will take place on May 11-12, 2020 at BTCamping.com. Organizers announced a full schedule of events this week including more than 20 speakers.

“All attendees not only have access to the live sessions but they also can view the sessions as re-runs through May 31, 2020,” said Mark Koep, event producer. “This is a unique feature of the experience we are designing with the purpose to help our industry succeed post COVID-19.”

CamgroundViews.com invited representatives from RV businesses to give insights about their role in the nationwide return to the outdoors. RVShare CEO Jon Gray, Marc and Julie Bennett of RV Love, RV Life CEO Andy Robinowitz, Kyle Brady of Drivin’ & Vibin’ and Mike and Jen Wendland of RV Lifestyle will speak during the two-day event.

Gray is CEO of RVshare, a worldwide RV rental marketplace. He worked for vacation rental business HomeAway from 2004-2017, and currently acts as an adviser/board member to a handful of consumer internet companies. He will speak on a panel called “What is data showing NOW about your camping audience?”.

Marc and Julie Bennett are full-time RVers, who have lived, worked and traveled in a motorhome since 2014, and visited all 50 states, plus Canada and Mexico. They are co-authors of “Living the RV Life – Your Ultimate Guide to Life on the Road.” They will join a panel discussion about what RVers are expecting when outdoor recreation opens and how businesses can better serve them.

Robinowitz is the CEO of RV Life, a network of websites, apps and tools for RVers. A native of Texas, Andy told Camgroundviews.com that he enjoys camping with his wife and two daughters in their restored 1959 Airstream. Andy will join the panel focused on the question, “What is data showing NOW about your camping audience?”.

Mike and Jen Wendland are authors, podcasters and video producers who operate RVLifestyle.com. They’ll join Marc and Julie Bennet on the panel discussion about consumers’ expectations when it comes to RVs and campgrounds post-coronavirus.

Brady is a content creator and influencer in the RV space. He is also a professional musician, and pre-COVID19 had schedule a spring concert series designed to bring attention to RV parks and campgrounds throughout the southeastern US. He will also join the RV panel discussion on consumer expectations.

According to CammpgroundViews.com, the summit is meant to bring “RV park, campground and glamping destination owners, operators, managers, staff, vendors” and other partners together. Registration fees start at $49.99. Vendor and sponsorship opportunities are also available.
