Relentless Dealer Services (RDS) is continuing to add partnerships in the RV industry, expanding the network of dealers using its F&I technology.

The company’s newest agreement with Gardner’s RV, a Montana-based company with locations in Kalispell and Great Falls, became official this past week. The partnership includes the offering of RDS’s signature F&I Products, as well as training on the new technology.

“Gardner RV is very thankful to have partnered with Relentless. Increasing the productivity and profitability of our Finance Department has been an area of concentration for us,” said Todd Gardner, President of Gardner RV. “The training, tools, and experience that RDS brings to the table is exactly what we needed to help us get there.”

RDS said it is passionate about working with dealers to transform the norms of F&I. The company prioritizes helping its dealer partners and other clients succeed in mastering in the new products.

“RDS provided the resources and training necessary to allow us to contract our customers remotely,” Gardner said. “This has been extremely useful and necessary during this COVID Pandemic. Their hands-on approach is great; they take the time to train and develop the leaders within dealership and focus on building value for the customer while protecting their purchase. It has become a culture of building value not selling product.”

Founded by Jamison Carrier, Relentless Dealer Services or RDS, is a leader in F&I focused on the RV industry. RDS is the exclusive provider of the Adventure RV Club (adventureRVclub.com) suite of products.

Carrier’s approach to F&I emphasizes the importance of analytics, expert training and up-to-date F&I products.

“We’re grateful to join forces with Gardner’s RV, the largest RV dealer in Northwest Montana,” Carrier said. “With their customer driven business principals, Gardner’s RV is an ideal partner for RDS.”
