Sobel University to Resume In-Person Sales Training Courses This Summer

Sobel University will resume in-person classes this July with a new summer session of its Comprehensive Sales Course sales and management training.

The university had previously planned to host similar courses in April, June and August, but effects of the coronavirus pandemic forced this change in scheduling. Students and instructors participating in the newly announced course will follow relevant social distancing recommendations and other CDC guidelines in effect at the time of the training.

The sales and management training will take place on July 6-10, 2020 in Tacoma, Washington. This course is designed to help sales professionals quickly increase their skills to help more people during the busy season ahead.

“The hotel is making the necessary preparations to allow each person a separate table and to maintain all state and federal health regulations,” said Sobel University’s Dean of Students, Kyla Carter. “The safety of our students is the most important factor and enrollment is limited to maintain the highest standards.”

As states across the country go through phases to reopen, Sobel University began preparing to reopen its highly attended live courses as well. The university decided to move combine its Comprehensive Sales Courses previously scheduled for April, June and August into one summer training course.

The Comprehensive Sales Course is a “boot camp” class for new and experienced salespeople and managers. Students can expect a challenging eight hours of classroom instruction with homework every night and exams every day. Students are also put into role playing situations which helps sharpen their skills.

According to Sobel University, dealers who have participated in these courses have reported a drastic increase in sales volume upon their staff’s successful completion of the class. With five experience levels, salespeople can expect a challenge whether it is their first attendance or their 15th.
