Large-scale RV dealer Lazydays is coming to Elkhart.
The company announced its plans today to acquire its first dealership in Indiana, Total Value RV, expanding its nationwide network of RV dealers to the region where many of its motorhomes and RVs are manufactured. Lazydays expects to complete its acquisition within three months.
Lazydays Holdings, Inc. announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Total Value RV, located in Elkhart, Indiana. Total Value RV is the leading motorhome dealership in Indiana. The acquisition of Total Value RV is expected to be finalized within 90 days.
