Keystone RV dealers have a new point person for marketing support. Sara Dover has been promoted to channel marketing manager at the company. Dover has been a brand manager at Keystone RV Company for the past two years. The focus of the newly created position is exclusively to support Keystone’s dealers.
“Sara has been instrumental in developing Keystone’s marketing resources library and print-on-demand services for dealers. This fall, she will turn her attention to sales floor training and product knowledge – I’m excited to see how her talents will impact this critically important part of our business,” said Christy Spencer, Director of Marketing and Communications.
One of the projects Dover said she is most excited to work on is continuing to evolve the Keystone Ignite portal, which offers digital marketing resources, print-on-demand services and video training materials to keep dealership staff knowledgeable and motivated. In addition to training resources for sales staff, there will be tools for service technicians, too.
“Our goal is to help Keystone dealers just crush it for 2020, 2021 and beyond,” Dover said. “It’s good that Keystone has a person that is dedicated to our dealers and developing tools and resources for them. I’m here for them. Keystone is there for them. We are 100 percent committed to making sure we have a rock star year.”
