National Development Manager Rick McCormick will give a leadership presentation at the Association of Dealership Compliance Officers (ADCO) Annual Compliance Conference March 21-23 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Grapevine, Texas.
McCormick will present day one of his three-day in-person event covering, “Three Components of Leadership: Doing the Right Things, The Right Way, In the Right Order.” McCormick has trained dealer groups and agencies for over 17 years, ADCO said. He has authored articles in F&I Showroom and Agent Entrepreneur Magazine as well as presented at the annual F&I Industry Summit and Ethical F&I Conference.
