Air Lift Co.’s new product provides RV backup video.
The supplier’s Towtal View HD Camera has a 100-foot range with a secure Wi-Fi connection. The product includes an 80-degree vertical and 110-degree horizontal field of view.
Air Lift said the camera’s multi-coated lens reduces glare, fingerprints and scratches while improving color accuracy. Infrared LED lights provide colored night vision.
Consumers can view footage through a free mobile app. The app includes a live video feed, video recordings, captured photos, trailer backup assistance lines and image rotation. The Towtal View Camera can be used during towing or to monitor a campsite.
The backup camera has two mounts that do not require installation tools. A permanent hardwired mount connects to the towed vehicle’s trailer lights. A portable suction cup mount includes a rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack with over five hours of battery life. The battery pack mount is Ingress Protection (IP)67-rated. The mounts are adjustable to display various camera angles.
The Towtal View Camera includes a two-year warranty.
