Airxcel added two sales leadership positions for its Coleman-Mach and Maxxair brands.

Neil Kelly was appointed the director of OEM sales and Justin Gokie joined as the brands’ aftermarket brand sales manager.

Kelly began with the Coleman-Mach/Maxxair brands as an OEM account manager. He previously served in key RV sales roles. Kelly has experience driving business growth through sales initiatives and customer relationship management. Airxcel said Kelly brings a forward-thinking approach to sales leadership to his new role.

Gokie will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies for aftermarket products. Before joining Airxcel, Gokie held various positions in sales and marketing. In his previous role, Airxcel said he demonstrated a strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Rob Leach, president of Airxcel’s Coleman-Mach, Maxxair and Solace brands, said, “Investing in the best personnel is crucial for the growth and development of our brands. We are confident that Neil and Justin will play key roles in driving our success and enhancing our market presence.”
