Suburban, an Airxcel brand and supplier of RV water heaters, furnaces, gas accessories and steps, named a new general manager.
Chris Robinson will lead the Suburban team and oversee daily operations. Robinson joins Suburban with a background of almost 20 years in engineering and manufacturing operations.
He will implement initiatives to ensure continued excellence in customer service, operational efficiency and profitable growth.
Airxcel President and CEO Anthony Wollschlager said, “Chris brings with him a wealth of experience in leadership, operations and strategic growth, having worked in multiple industries throughout his career. Chris’s diverse background in driving business success and fostering team collaboration will be invaluable as we continue to grow and strengthen our presence in the RV market.”
Robinson takes over for Mike Phillips, who was hired in 2023 to succeed longtime Suburban President Art Klee.
Robinson is a military veteran, a member of the American Society for Quality and a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
