Airxcel’s OEM Product Showcase not only exhibited numerous appliances and components across its 16 legacy brands. The supplier launched two new divisions at the show held Wednesday and Thursday in Elkhart, Indiana.
Solace is the company’s new line of RV modular seating, furniture and cushion dinettes. Kyle Ramsey will lead the operation out of Wichita, Kansas, as Solace’s OEM furniture sales manager.
Coleman-Mach and Maxxair President Rob Leach said, “This exciting new division will leverage our extensive expertise and innovative strategies that have propelled Maxxair and Coleman-Mach to success, marking a thrilling new chapter for our company.”
Airxcel also revealed Forma, its chassis component division. The department will provide chassis products including electric and manual tongue jacks, a hydraulic leveling system and stabilizer jacks.
Although Forma will build chassis components the division will not build chassis at the brand’s launch. Industry participants have awaited a chassis division announcement since an early reveal of a travel trailer chassis two years ago.
Forma will operate in Elkhart under Airxcel’s InVision kitchen appliances brand.
Airxcel President and CEO Anthony Wollschlager said the division “reflects our team’s ambition to align our growth with customer demands, and I’m excited to see how Solace and Forma will assist our family of brands in better serving our OEM partners.”
