Airxcel Hires Dicor Engineering Manager

Airxcel Group President Anthony Wollschlager hired Tom Joughin as an engineering and continuous improvement manager for Dicor Products, a supplier of RV maintenance and roofing products and an Airxcel brand.

As engineering and CI manager, Joughin is responsible for  new product development and manufacturing optimization. He will create continuous improvement initiatives for Airxcel’s Elkhart, Indiana, locations.

Wollschlager applauded the addition of Joughin to the team.

“Joughin has a proven track record of improving manufacturing processes within an industrial setting,” Wollschlager said. “We look forward to him drawing from his extensive experience to enhance our current production methodologies.”

Joughin joins Dicor with a career in manufacturing, engineering and Lean processes. Most recently, he was the research and engineering manager for Damping Technologies, an aerospace company. Joughin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in plastics engineering technology from Ferris State University, in Big Rapids, Michigan, and a mini MBA from Notre Dame University, South Bend, Indiana.
