Tristen Singleton will be charged with leading Alliance RV’s customer experience efforts.
Singleton was promoted to be the manufacturer’s director of customer excellence. The company said he will lead initiatives to enhance Alliance’s service and support to consumers.
Bill Martin, Alliance RV’s vice president of customer experience, said, “Tristen has been an invaluable asset to our team since day one. His promotion is a testament to his outstanding leadership and dedication to our company’s mission of excellence in customer service.”
Singleton has over four years of experience in the RV industry. He joined Alliance RV over a year ago.
“His commitment to fostering a collaborative environment and driving continuous improvement,” the company said, “has been instrumental in redefining customer service standards within the company.”
Singleton said he was excited to take on the new role and looking forward to delivering greater value to consumers.
