Alliance RV will reward and honor longtime employees as part of the RV manufacturer’s new anniversary program.
Employees will be recognized and awarded a $5,000 bonus on five-year milestone anniversaries, beginning with five years up to 25 years.
Employees hired when the company launched in 2019 will be the first to reach a five-year milestone. Alliance said the initial employees joined when Alliance RV was a start-up manufacturer based out of a 20,000-square-foot facility. Many took a leap of faith to join the manufacturer before Alliance RV built its first RV.
Co-founder Coley Brady said, “This is much more than just a monetary award; it is about recognizing our team members. These individuals have demonstrated a dedication to Alliance RV and our core values and are instrumental in driving the company mission statement of ‘Do The Right Thing.’ We are grateful for their commitment.”
Alliance RV now has three manufacturing plants, a lamination plant and plans for a fourth manufacturing plant.
