American Coach, a Rev Recreation Group Type A diesel motorhome brand, will continue its partnership with race car driver Helio Castroneves.
As he has for the past several years, Castroneves will serve as an American Coach brand ambassador for 2023 and 2024, sharing stories from the road behind the wheel of his American Eagle coach.
Castroneves will make select appearances for American Coach through 2024, engage in social media posts and share his American Coach experience in brand videos. Castroneves’ relationship with Rev Group began in 2015.
“We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Helio,” said Don Gephart, marketing manager, American Coach. “Helio exemplifies everything we stand for at American Coach – a relentless pursuit of excellence, commitment to quality and a drive to succeed. He truly serves as an incredible ambassador for our brand and the luxury RV lifestyle. We are excited to join him as he continues his pursuit of a fifth Indy 500 championship.”
Castroneves worked closely with the American Coach design team to fully customize the luxury RV to meet his specific needs. On the exterior, Castroneves’ American Eagle features a custom black and pink paint finish to match the colors of his racing team. Inside, the RV features teak-style cabinetry, special-order quartz countertops, and custom bunk beds, each with their own TV.
“When I am at the track, my American Coach is my home,” Castroneves said. “It is where I relax before races and where my family makes their home base when they come to the track. My American Eagle is designed just the way I like it, and it has everything I need to prepare for race day in comfort, style and luxury.”
Castroneves is one of only four drivers to have won the Indianapolis 500 four times. He is a four-time runner up in the IndyCar Series drivers’ championship. He also competes in select IMSA SportsCar championship races, and recently won the 24 Hours of Daytona with MeyerShank Racing.
