American Guardian Warranty Services (AGWS) is set to sponsor an RV sales and finance and insurance (F&I) education and certification event.
The event will prepare RV dealers to improve sales, F&I, technology and consumer experience. The one-day event is May 6 at the Sheraton North Houston in Houston. The training is free to any dealership that sells or is interested in selling AGWS’ voluntary protection products. Attendees must pay for travel and hotels costs.
The event will be divided into two comprehensive sessions. The morning session will focus on a “Back-to-the-Basics” approach to F&I, along with an overview of dealership voluntary protection products (VPPs).
In the afternoon, the training shifts to more advanced topics, offering industry-leading insights into how dealerships can better manage and VPPs. Attendees will explore effective and compliant VPP presentation techniques and time-tested methods for overcoming sales objections.
Each participant will receive a “Certificate of Achievement” for completing the two sessions, which can serve as an essential component in the dealership’s compliance management system (CMS) required by the FTC. The certificates can act as proof of the FTC’s mandated “Current & Ongoing Employee Compliance Education.”
