The change provides the foundation for the company to execute projects with greater speed and efficiency, Aqua-Hot said. Selma Salihagic, Aqua-Hot general manager noted Aqua-Hot’s reputation for delivering high-end climate systems and services.
“But we want more,” Salihagic said. “Our restructuring allows for execution with greater speed, efficiency and capabilities in a fast-changing world. Strategic product innovations can now drive Aqua-Hot forward, and our team from operations to call centers to sales is structured and ready for operational excellence.”
