Aqua-Hot, an Airxcel brand, integrated its Gen1 heating and hot water system into Escapod’s towables. The manufacturer’s Topo2 Voyager teardrop trailer will include the appliance.
Escapod founder Chris Hudak said the company chose the Gen1 because of its ability to perform at high altitudes. The system is rated to perform up to 15,000 feet above sea level.
He said the appliance enables Escapod owners to “go anywhere in the continental U.S. and have reliable hot water and cabin heat. We have designed every inch of the Topo2 with quality products in mind because our goal has been to make the most capable trailer in its class.”
Escapod is based in Utah. Aqua-Hot’s headquarters are in Colorado.
Aqua-Hot Business Unite Manager Mark Davis said the locations provide “a great option for customers seeking quality products from proud American companies.
