Arterra Distribution broke ground this week on a 34,000-square-foot addition that will expand its warehouse and production facilities.
The power conversion and water filtration system distributor said the addition will more than double its current footprint, adding an additional 65% of space to Arterra Distribution’s Elkhart, Indiana, footprint.
Bobby Raatz, Arterra Distribution managing director, said the company’s future growth plans illustrated a need for more warehouse space. Raatz said the new space, along with design innovations from contractor Nuway Construction, will help improve efficiency.

The addition is scheduled to be completed in January 2022.
