ARVC Brings Hosted Buyer Program Back

The Expo at National ARVC’s 2021 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE) in November will feature the return of the association’s Hosted Buyer Program.

Attendees participating in the Hosted Buyer Program will connect directly with exhibitors offering the products and services that interest them most. At the same time, they will receive a refund on their event registration.

“The Hosted Buyer Program is something National ARVC started at OHCE2020, and it was so popular among both attendees and exhibitors, it was a no-brainer to bring it back for an encore this year,” said David Basler, vice president of membership and marketing.

This year’s program will bring qualified decision-makers and exhibitors together through pre-scheduled appointments before and during the Expo. New this year, Hosted Buyers will control scheduling their appointments.

One hosted buyer will be accepted per active member-park, and those who are accepted and attend a minimum of six pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors at the event will have their registration fees refunded.
