The National ARVC will host an interactive reservations system panel during its upcoming Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo 2021 (OHCE) in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The session is planned for 3:15-4:45 p.m. Nov. 10 before the expo officially begins at 6 p.m.
ARVC stated representatives from 12 companies providing campground reservation products and services, as well as a campground owner or manager who uses the reservation system every day, will discuss insights and answer questions regarding RV park reservations.
Susan Motley, ARVC senior director of education and events, said the event has been one of the most popular at OHCE since 2018. She said the format has been changed to accommodate attendees’ best interests.
“Bringing representatives from each of the systems together allows attendees a ‘one-stop-shop’ to understand the key features each company offers,” Motley said. “Adding the campground owners on stage with them will offer a personalized insight that campground owners, operators and managers in the audience will be able to relate to directly.”
The event will be co-moderated by Joe Moore, supplier council representative on the ARVC Board of Directors, and Lelah Campo, owner of ARMC member-park Cozy Hills Campground.
Companies that have committed to a representative for the panel include: Astra, Book Outdoors, Campground Commander, CampLife, Campspot, GoodSam, LiveRez, NewBook, ResNexus, RMS, Roverpass and Spot2Nite.
